On Sunday, April 21st, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Mustafa Fahil, met with the company’s directors of departments and offices.
The meeting was held at the company’s office in the city of Tripoli and was attended by Director General of the Leptus Cement Factory, Director of the General Administration of Production and Technical Affairs, Director General of the General Department of Commercial Affairs, Director of the Legal Department, Director of the Audit Department, Director of the Financial Affairs Department, Director of the Workforce Department, and Director of the Administrative Affairs Department, Director of the Safety and Loss Prevention Department, Director of the Systems and Information Department, Director of the Training and Development Department, Director of the Follow-up Office, Director of the Quality Office, Legal Counsel, and Head of the Council Affairs Office.
The meeting witnessed a careful follow-up of all executive procedures for work progress and choke points in transactions and interactions between the company’s various departments.
Mr. Chairman urged all directors of departments and offices to work in a team spirit and ensure the completion of tasks to reduce interruptions and obstacles to the production process and to ensure continuous production and outstanding performance.
Chairman of the Board of Directors concluded the meeting with the necessity of converting the discussion that took place into reports prepared professionally, which turn into action plans, and holding a meeting to discuss what has been accomplished.
