Social Services and Benefits Fund

It was established in accordance with the provisions of the company’s Board of Directors Resolution No. 29 of 2009, which includes a fund in the general management of the company and a fund in each factory and its production unit to provide services and subsidies to workers.

It specializes in managing cafes and restaurants and carrying out investment activities in a manner that is commensurate with the necessary coverage of the fund’s expenses and achieving its objectives and the purpose for which it was established as a social services and subsidies fund that is not characterized by a profitable nature.

Social benefits

A subsidy is granted to the shareholder in the following cases:

1. Marriage

2. In the event of disasters to which the worker is exposed

3. In the event of the death of the shareholder, a subsidy is granted to his family

4. Death of a parent, husband, wife, or child

5. Leaving work due to total disability and referring him to Social Security

6. Performing Hajj once while working for the company

Advances

The Fund grants financial advances to the Fund’s shareholders according to the Fund’s capabilities.
