Almergeb Factory
1- Identifying and replacing furnace operating controls
2- Installation of a new main chimney for the furnace.
3- Planning, developing, and implementing the furnace entrance project.

6- A study is being conducted by the Industrial Research Center to increase the factory's production capacity to 865,000 tons annually.
Souk Elkhamis Complex
1- Replacement and development of furnace parts and accessories.
2- Modernization and replacement of the control, monitoring, and operation systems for furnaces and raw mills.
3- Maintenance and development of elevators.
4- Complete and replace the clinker coolers.
5- Gas supply project.
6- Changing the main dust filters for the two production lines.

8- Equipment purchase for quarries.
9- Creating paved paths for new quarries.

Lebda Cement Factory
1- Clinker cooler development project.
2- Project and replacement of the alkali side filter.

5- A project to replace and develop the furnace and raw materials mill units and their accessories.

10- The project of supplying and installing weighbridges with a tonnage of 150 tons.
