Under Resolution No. 29 of 2009, the company’s Board of Directors established the fund. Each factory and production unit has its own fund for providing services and subsidies to workers. Fund activities include managing cafes and restaurants and investing to cover expenses and achieve non-profit service objectives.<\/p>

It provides social benefits such as subsidies for contributors when they marry, experience disasters, lose a family member, or become totally disabled. The fund also provides a subsidy for performing Hajj once during the contributor’s employment with the company. Additionally, the fund grants financial advances to the fund’s shareholders according to its capabilities.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
