We are currently studying the following projects
Almergeb Factory
1. Performing maintenance work on the concrete foundations of the kiln and raw mill.
2. Project for replacing furnace sections.
3. A complete study exists at the Industrial Research Center to develop the factory from a production capacity of 330,000 tons of cement annually to a production capacity of 865,000 tons of cement annually.
Souk Elkhamis Complex
1. Project for the modernization and replacement of the control, monitoring, and operation system for kilns and raw mills.
2. The project to supply the complex with gas.
3. Project to replace the main dust filters for the production lines.
4. Replacement and development project for filling lines (3,4).
5. Supply of a fabric filter for the lime factory.
6. Project for the study and modification of the MMD stone crusher.
7. Maintenance of the concrete columns for the filling unit buildings - water station - clinker hall.
8. Project to remove unsuitable materials for cement production that overlay the clay ore layer at Wadi Ghan quarry.
Lebda Cement Factory
1. Power factor improvement project.
2. Project for the replacement and development of the kiln unit, raw material mill, and their accessories.
3. Concrete crack maintenance project in the crusher basin.
4. Project for the development of mechanical dust filters.
5. Factory control systems replacement project.
6. Replacement project for the filling machines (1-4).
7. Project for the supply and installation of a 160-ton ground scale.
8. Maintenance of the oven support wheels.
9. Replacement and development of the firefighting network.
10. Supply and installation of the early warning system for electrical stations.
11. Project to study the expansion of the Labda Cement Factory with a production capacity of 2.4 million tons annually.
Zliten Cement Factory
1- Project to study the replacement of the P.L.C control system and the preparation of technical specifications for the first production line and the crushing unit.
2- Project for replacing oil circuit breakers.
3- Project for replacing the bagging unit.
4- Project to honor the main filters in the first production line.
5- Water treatment plant maintenance and development project.
6- Project for an automatic fire alarm and extinguishing system.
7- Project to replace the gas system for the furnace and preheater, and the hot air generation system for the raw materials mill.
8- Project on the study of concrete cracks.
9- Project for the maintenance of the road connecting the Crusher Gate and the Machinery Gate.
All Factories
1- Supply and installation of the thermal scanning system for the kilns at the complex and Zliten Cement Factory.
2- Replacement and development of the gravel filter at the Al-Bayda and Zliten factories.
3- Project for preparing an order of scales for kiln output made of clinker.
4- Project for the maintenance and development of electric elevators.
