In the period from 2019 to 2025, several important projects have been implemented. Some of them are listed below:
Projects at Al-Murgab Cement Plant
1- Main dust collector project for the kiln and cement mills.
2- Clinker storage shed roofing project.
3- Kiln inlet modification and development project.
4- Kiln cross-section modification project.
5- Replacement and development of the kiln cement-mill separator system.
6- Third-stage elevator maintenance project.
7- Maintenance of fans and centrifugal ducts for the kiln’s primary heater.
8- Replacement of the main kiln feeder.
9- Replacement of gas analyzers and the raw-material hopper.
10- Replacement and development of control systems and operation of the raw-material storage facility.
11- Supply, installation, and operation of the kiln’s main drive motor.
Projects at Souq Al-Khamis Cement and Building Materials Complex
1- A project to replace and develop the medium voltage station.
2- Laboratory maintenance and development project.
3- Restaurant maintenance project.
4. Laboratory maintenance and development project.
5. Restaurant maintenance project.
6. Clinker cooler replacement No. (1).
7- Maintenance of the lime plant.
8- Control system for the lime plant.
9- Replacement of kiln section No. 1.
Projects at Laddah Cement Plant
1- Main dust collector project for the kiln and cement mills.
2- Dismantling and installation of gas analyzers for the raw-material hopper.
3- Replacement of the secondary bypass system for alkalis.
4- Supply and installation of an early-warning system for electrical substations and cable grounding pits.
Projects at Zliten Cement Plant
1. Zliten Cement Expansion Completion Project.
2. Cement Mill No. (3) Maintenance Project.
3. Power Station No. (5) Replacement Project.
4. Implementation of a stormwater drainage network in the raw materials warehouse area on Line 2.
5. Replacement of the main kiln feeder.
6. Inspection of concrete structures.
7. Replacement of the weigh feeders and the dispatch unit.
Shared Plant Projects
1. Axial kiln project for the company’s plants.
2. Supply of two ground scales with a capacity of 160 tons for the Baddah and Souq Al-Khamis plants.
