Al-Margheb Cement Factory Projects
1. Maintenance of the concrete foundations for the storage facilities and raw material mill.
2. Study and replacement of kiln sections.
3. Development and replacement of the weighing systems for the raw meal mill.
Souq Al-Khamis Cement and Building Materials Complex Projects
1. Study, replacement, and upgrading of Packing Lines 3 and 4.
2. Concrete crack repair project.
3. Supply of a fabric filter for the lime production plant.
4. Replacement of kiln sections for Line 2.
Lebda Cement Factory Projects
1. Study and repair of concrete cracks in the crusher pit.
2. Study to increase the production capacity of the kiln and raw meal mill.
3. Expansion project for Lebda Cement Factory.
Zliten Cement Factory Projects
1. Replacement of the packing unit.
2. Study of concrete cracks.
3. Replacement of kiln sections for Line 2.
4. Replacement of the gas system for the kiln and preheater, as well as the hot-air generation system for the raw meal mill.
5. Replacement and development of the variable-speed drive system for the clinker pan conveyors on Production Line 1, upgrading from fixed-speed motors to variable-frequency drives (VFDs).
Joint Factory Projects
1. Replacement and upgrading of the ceramic filter system at both Lebda and Zliten Cement Factories.
2. Study of sampling stations.
3. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) system.
4. Kiln rehabilitation.
