Social Services and Aid Fund

Under Resolution No. 29 of 2009, the company’s Board of Directors established the fund. Each factory and production unit has its own fund for providing services and subsidies to workers. Fund activities include managing cafes and restaurants and investing to cover expenses and achieve non-profit service objectives.

It provides social benefits such as subsidies for contributors when they marry, experience disasters, lose a family member, or become totally disabled. The fund also provides a subsidy for performing Hajj once during the contributor’s employment with the company. Additionally, the fund grants financial advances to the fund’s shareholders according to its capabilities.

Social benefits

A subsidy is granted to the contributor in the following cases:

1. In the event of marriage

2. In the event of disasters that the worker is exposed to

3. In the event of the death of the contributor, a subsidy shall be provided to his family

4. The death of a parent, husband, wife or one of the children

5. Leaving work due to total disability and referring him to Social Security

6. Performing Hajj once while working for the company

The fund grants financial advances to the fund's shareholders according to the fund's capabilities.
