About the company's training and development department
The company has recently established a training and development department in the last quarter of 2018 AD. This department is divided into two departments
• Department of industrial training
• Department of development training
Every year, the administration collaborates with all departments to prepare a training plan for the company’s employees to identify training needs and design programs to meet those needs. This includes following up on research and graduation studies for students at different levels of education (High Diploma – Bachelor – Master – Doctorate).
The department also organizes and supervises the holding of lectures and workshops in various technical, administrative, financial, and public safety disciplines, as well as awareness lectures in the field of human development. The company believes in the theory of change and development and thus designs training programs for human development at various leadership levels, from the chairman and members of the board of directors of the company to the farthest functional level from leadership, permeating all middle and lower managements.
The department also plays a prominent role in the implementation of the spatial development program in the geographical areas within which the company’s factories are located. This is done in implementation of the company’s policies and strategic objectives by establishing training programs for both individuals and institutions.
