Training Center

Overview

It is a new department that was established in the last quarter of 2018 and exercises its powers through the following two departments.

• Industrial Training Department

• Development Training Department

Every year, the administration prepares a training plan for the company’s employees through the participation of all departments to identify training needs and design programs to meet those needs, in addition to following up on research and graduation studies for students at various(higher diploma – bachelor- master – doctorate). It also organizes, follows up and supervises the holding of lectures and workshops in various technical, administrative, financial and public safety specializations, as well as awareness lectures in the field of human development.

In accordance with the theory of change and development, the administration began, from the beginning of its work, to design training programs in the field of human development at various leadership levels, most notably the Chairman and members of the company’s Board of Directors, to the furthest functional level from leadership, interspersing all middle and lower administrations.

It also plays a prominent role in implementing the spatial development program in the geographical areas within which the company’s factories are located, in implementation of the company’s policies and strategic objectives by establishing training programs for both individuals and institutions.
